Zaka\u017ei besplatno<\/strong> s<strong>avetovanje putem sajta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Bratislav Proki\u0107, septembar 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ko mo\u017ee da propi\u0161e PrEP?<\/strong><br>PrEP mogu propisati lekari specijalisti koji su licencirani za propisivanje antiretrovirusne terapije na odeljenjima za HIV, u okviru klini\u010dkih centara u Beogradu, Novom Sadu, Ni\u0161u, Kragujevcu kao i na Vojno medicinskoj akademiji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da li odeljenja za HIV rade tokom kovid epidemije?<br><\/strong>Tokom aktuelne epidemije, infektolozi \u010desto bivaju upu\u0107eni na druga odeljenja i u druge bolnice u kojima se le\u010de obolelih od kovida. Zbog manjka lekara se de\u0161ava da odeljenja za HIV u nekim periodima ne rade, odnosno da rade smanjenim kapacitetom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da li \u0107u dobiti recept za PrEP ako odem na odeljenje za HIV?<br><\/strong>U Srbiji ne postoji utvr\u0111en lekarski protokol i ujedna\u010dena lekarska praksa oko propisivanja PrEP-a. Potencijalni korisnici PrEP-a mogu biti odbijeni, ili se suo\u010diti sa vi\u0161e\u010dasovnim \u010dekanjem na lekarski pregled. Akcionim planom aktuelne Strategije za prevenciju i kontrolu HIV-a u Republici Srbiji predvi\u0111ena je izrada protokola kojim bi trebalo da se reguli\u0161e ova oblast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da li je PrEP jeftiniji ili besplatan uz lekarski recept?<br><\/strong>PrEP se izdaje isklju\u010divo na lekarski recept, ali se jo\u0161 uvek ne nalazi na listi lekova koje pokriva Republi\u010dki fond za zdravstveno osiguranje (RFZO-a).
