Biti u dodiru sa sobom, podrazumeva da smo bili u dodiru sa nekim pre toga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodir je va\u017ean ne samo za komunikaciju, upoznavanje, ispitivanje spoljnog sveta, ve\u0107 i za ose\u0107anje povezanosti s drugima, za na\u0161e fizi\u010dko i psihi\u010dko zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko\u017ea je najve\u0107i organ. Kao senzorni sistem, ko\u017ea je, prema mi\u0161ljenju nau\u010dnika Montagu, najva\u017eniji organski sistem tela, jer, za razliku od drugih \u010dula, \u010dovek uop\u0161te ne mo\u017ee da pre\u017eivi bez fizi\u010dkih funkcija koje obavlja ko\u017ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111u svim \u010dulima, dodir je najva\u017eniji. Taktilni sistem je najraniji senzorni sistem koji postaje funkcionalan (u embrionu) i mo\u017ee biti poslednji koji \u0107e da izbledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eTaktilni kontakt je najraniji do\u017eivljaj sveta za novoro\u0111en\u010de. To je prvi na\u010din na koji dobijamo ljubav.\u201c<\/p><cite>Gabor Mate<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi posedujemo potrebu za dodirom, ba\u0161 kao \u0161to postoji osnovna potreba za disanjem i hranom. Bebe imaju potrebu za dodirom kako bi se razvile u socijalna bi\u0107a, kako bi rasle i odr\u017eavale kontakt sa drugima, kako bi u\u010dile i razvijale socio-emocionalne ve\u0161tine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obi\u010dan dodir od osobe koja nam je draga, zagrljaj, dr\u017eanje za ruke, masa\u017ea ili golicanje &#8211; smanjuje krvni pritisak, pobolj\u0161ava rad srca, pove\u0107ava lu\u010denje endorfina, zadu\u017eenog za smanjenje oseta bola, pove\u0107ava lu\u010denje dopamina, oksitocina i serotonina (hormoni sre\u0107e), opu\u0161ta mi\u0161i\u0107e, sni\u017eava lu\u010denje kortizola, hormona stresa. Sa psiholo\u0161ke strane, dodir je u mnogim istra\u017eivanjima parova povezan sa smanjenim nivoom stresa, vi\u0161im stepenom samopouzdanja i samopo\u0161tovanja, i ve\u0107im kapacitetom za suo\u010davanje sa stresom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"istrazivanja\">Istra\u017eivanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da li i vi kada se upla\u0161ite povu\u010dete u\u0161i nadole? Ili isto to uradite malom detetu koje je upla\u0161eno? Postoje istra\u017eivanja koja pokazuju da dodir umiruje strah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U studiji D\u017eima Koana i Ri\u010darda Dejvidsona, u\u010desnici koji su le\u017eali unutar ma\u0161ine za skeniranje mozga, o\u010dekujuc\u0301i bolnu eksploziju belog \u0161uma, pokazali su poja\u010danu aktivnost mozga u regionima povezanim sa pretnjom i stresom. Ali u\u010desnici koje je romanti\u010dni partner milovao po ruci dok su \u010dekali uop\u0161te nisu pokazali ovu reakciju. Dodir je poni\u0161tio reakciju centra za reagovanje na pretnju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Bebe u inkubatorima napreduju 47% vi\u0161e ukoliko imaju terapije milovanjem sa roditeljima tri puta dnevno.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I malo starije bebe napreduju bolje emocionalno, fizi\u010dki i u interpersonalnoj sferi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje koje je sproveo Detcher Keltner, pokazalo je da dvoje stranaca, razdvojenih barijerom, mogu da prenesu emocije jedan drugome i to samo preko dodira ruku. Ovo je istra\u017eivanje pokazalo i da ljudi bolje tuma\u010de tudje reakcije kroz dodir nego \u0161to to rade kroz glas ili posmatranje lica. U\u010desnici su uspevali da prepoznaju emocije ljubavi, zahvalnosti, podr\u0161ke\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U istra\u017eivanju iz &#8217;60 koje je sproveo Sidney Jourard, ispitivala se razlika u dodirivanju kod razli\u010ditih nacija. Ispitanici su bili prijatelji koji sede u kafi\u0107u. Amerikanci i Britanci zabele\u017eili su 0 dodira, sem inicijalnog pozdrava, dok su Francuzi bele\u017eili i do 110, a Portorikanci 180. Pitam se kako li bi na\u0161i sunarodnici pro\u0161li u ovom istra\u017eivanju?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"donald-vinikot\">Donald Vinikot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Najzna\u010dajnije ime u psihoanaliti\u010dkim krugovima, u prou\u010davanju novoro\u0111en\u010dadi jeste pedijatar Donald Vinikot. Poznata je njegova izreka &#8222;Ne postoji tako ne\u0161to kao \u0161to je &#8211; beba&#8220;. Postoji majka (negovatelj) i beba, beba postoji samo u odnosu sa drugom osobom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vinikot je skovao termin Holding, dr\u017eanje koji opisuje sve detalje maj\u010dine nege neposredno pre ro\u0111enja i odmah nakon ro\u0111enja a koji idu ka stvaranju dovoljno dobrog okru\u017eenja za rast i razvoj bebe. Psiholo\u0161ki i fizi\u010dki holding deteta koji je neophodan tokom njegovog razvoja ne gubi na va\u017enosti ni u kasnijim godinama. Okru\u017eenje za holding uklju\u010duje oca, \u0161iru porodicu i dru\u0161tvo u celini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa dovoljno dobrim holdingom, postoji bi\u0107e, koje je povezano sa zdravljem i integracijom, kao i sa na\u0161om sposobno\u0161\u0107u \u201cda postojimo\u201d. Sa nedovoljno dobrim holdingom, beba nema dovoljno kapaciteta da razvije spsobnost da bude, da postoji, stoga ona samo mo\u017ee da reaguje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvo dolazi \u201cja\u201d \u0161to uklju\u010duje i \u201csve drugo \u0161to nisam ja\u201d. Drugim re\u010dima, psiha je o\u017eivela u somi (telu) i pokrenut je individualni psiho-somatski \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koliko nam je dodir bitan u situacijama koje izazivaju anksioznost, govori jo\u0161 jedan fenomen opisan kod Vinikota &#8211; prelazni objekat. Dete \u0107e, kada je upla\u0161eno i anksiozno zbog odsustva majke, odabrati predmet koji \u0107e biti zamena za majku. Svako od nas je za sobom vukao pe\u0161kiri\u0107, \u0107ebence, omiljenu igra\u010dku ili fla\u0161icu kada je bio dete. Taj predmet je upravo prelazni objekat. Kako odrastamo, pretpostavlja se da se od prelaznih objekata tako\u0111e odvajamo, da ih pounutrimo, ali neki od nas i dalje zadr\u017eavaju poneku formu prelaznog objekta. Primer su cigarete, fla\u0161a alkohola, knjiga, grljenje jastuka dok sedimo\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8222;Magija povezanosti jeste dodir, i ova magija u nas ulazi putem ko\u017ee.
